1. What services does Betsal Limited offer?

We specialize in three main service categories:

  • Civil Construction: Drainage, site leveling, formwork, concrete laying, etc.

  • Equipment Hire: Excavators, loaders, compactors, concrete mixers, and dump trucks.

  • Property Protection: Security personnel deployment, fencing, and patrols.

2. How do I request a quote or service?

Simply visit our website and fill out the inquiry form on the Contact or Services page. Provide your project details and one of our team members will get back to you within 24–48 hours.

3. How is project cost calculated?

Pricing depends on project size, location, materials, duration, and equipment or security needs. Each quote is custom-prepared to reflect the scope of work.

4. What areas do you operate in?

We are based in Port Moresby but serve all provinces in Papua New Guinea, subject to logistics, site access, and project size.

5. How soon can you mobilize once a contract is signed?

We can mobilize within 3–7 working days after receiving the signed agreement and initial payment, depending on equipment availability and project location.

6. What type of security services do you provide?

We offer manned security guards, perimeter fencing (including razor wire and mesh), patrols, and site monitoring solutions tailored to your facility or project.

7. Is equipment hire available with operators or dry hire only?

We provide both wet hire (with our trained operators) and dry hire options. Wet hire is recommended for safety and efficiency.

8. Do you offer maintenance for ongoing civil works or hired equipment?

Yes, we provide routine maintenance and on-site support for all hired equipment. For civil projects, we can offer extended maintenance contracts as part of a post-project service.

9. Can I pay online for services?

Yes. Betsal Limited accepts online payments via Kina Bank’s Internet Payment Gateway (IPG). You can also pay via direct bank transfer using the account details provided on your invoice.

10. What if I need to cancel or reschedule a project?

You must notify us in writing at least 7 days before the mobilization date. Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, and rescheduling is handled on a case-by-case basis.
